What I’ve Learned…The Second Time Around

Okay, so since I’ve finally moved and everything is back to a somewhat kind of normal (FINALLY HAVING INTERNET), so I’m happy in my Writing World once again, and it feels great!

Now that I’m writing again, I see the hunger, the need and the passion for writing coming out stronger than ever before.  In some ways, it’s that powerful drive I had when I began Redefined Dreams. When I was writing my first book, there were  days when I had no idea what I was doing, whatsoever.  Having known what I know now about the pressures, the stresses, the joys, the sleepless nights that come with writing a book, I wouldn’t trade any of it.  I find it funny that I usually work better after knowing what and how things will go, and what’s going to happen.  Is that odd?  Anyway, the second time around, I feel more prepared for what’s ahead, and am willing to deal with what ever situation I’m in, I will write, Write, WRite, WRIte, WRITe, WRITE!!

  1. That’s awesome! It does get easier the second time especially when you find what works for you. Some people (me) take years to get there. There was no internet when I first started or writing workshops, at least not where I live; they still don’t. Thank God for the internet. :-)
