What I’ve Learned…The Second Time Around

Okay, so since I’ve finally moved and everything is back to a somewhat kind of normal (FINALLY HAVING INTERNET), so I’m happy in my Writing World once again, and it feels great!

Now that I’m writing again, I see the hunger, the need and the passion for writing coming out stronger than ever before.  In some ways, it’s that powerful drive I had when I began Redefined Dreams. When I was writing my first book, there were  days when I had no idea what I was doing, whatsoever.  Having known what I know now about the pressures, the stresses, the joys, the sleepless nights that come with writing a book, I wouldn’t trade any of it.  I find it funny that I usually work better after knowing what and how things will go, and what’s going to happen.  Is that odd?  Anyway, the second time around, I feel more prepared for what’s ahead, and am willing to deal with what ever situation I’m in, I will write, Write, WRite, WRIte, WRITe, WRITE!!

  1. I don’t find the way you feel odd at all :-)

That’s awesome! It does get easier the second time especially when you find what works for you. Some people (me) take years to get there. There was no internet when I first started or writing workshops, at least not where I live; they still don’t. Thank God for the internet. :-)

  3. Excellent! Write on, my friend. I am on my second book as well so I know how it goes…
